Finding your true passion in life is a blessing and a gift. Thankfully for me, I’ve found my true passion; the art of making pasta. My name is Cassie, pasta creator, instructor, mother and owner of Cassie’s Pasta-bilities.
I started my food journey after graduating from the Pasadena School of Culinary Arts. Since then, I’ve spent over 20 years in the restaurant business. I began making pasta professionally 19+ years ago for Piatti Restaurant in Danville, Ca.
In 2020, I made the decision to share my knowledge and love for fresh pasta by starting Cassie’s Pasta-bilities. My goal is to provide the community with fresh, simple, and healthy food options. As the parent of three active, often hungry, boys, I know it’s important to provide wholesome meal options. I want Cassie’s Pasta bilities to extend that choice to other families.
